This is not a pat on the back, or me trying to validate my recent promotion.

What this is is a public statement on my part of what has been accomplished since I took the position. Our members are worried, and they have every right to be. So I would like to outline the steps that we have taken in the right direction. I want our members to see whats being done to fix these problems.

1. I held AE's first official clan meeting and set a standard for monthly membership meetings.

2. Held a scrim afterwards, I will have one of these training sessions a week in addition to the even Crown and Kewl set up. It will either be match, or saber training. It will flucuate week to week based on my work schedule.

3. Recruited an individual with leadership and matching experience to help me rebuild the NA side of the clan.(exile)

4. Had a meeting with Pierry and established our new recruiting policy.

5. Tonight I plan on posting up these weeks events.

6. Made plans to bring our NA server up friday of this week.

Have some faith my friends, this is what I have been able to accomplish with your help in 3 days. Now that we are motivated and all working together think what we will be able to acomplish together in 3 weeks........

I look forward to working together with all of you to rebuild this clan. I can't remember since this clan was founded that so many people were motivated to help.

I see good things in store for us guys.

it makes me a bit sad that most people just see the bad things that happens in the clan like kewl and apex leaving. They don't see the good stuff that's going on, which are pretty gud stuff :3

Thanks guys, your support means alot to me. Personally I think both of you would make great Councilors as well. We just need a few more people in the clan to make that happen.

Thanks again for both of yours help. Without you two I don't believe rebuilding this clan would be possible.
